It is about the nail too

I came across a video recently. It's not about the Nail..

It was shared by a friend (of course male). I loved it. I thought it was as clever as it can get in portraying the poles apart thought schools of Mars and Venus. However, the major tendency of people is to have the point of view of the man in the video. Its a nail. Don't you think it should be removed first and discussed later, if at all its mandatory? When the situation is put in that way, the only direction of thought could be arguing the lack of problem resolution attitude in women. I might be wrong but women need to have a say in this too. Why it is not about the nail?

I haven't had the fortune of getting into women's head or logic, which is rarely discussed by them. But from my experience I have understood few things. Problems for men are to be dissected, analysed and approached logically to arrive at an optimum solution. They can be relieved at the decision. For women, its more of an emotional exercise, like any other physical exercise, to be done for some period and then to be discarded. They take it as an opportunity to evaluate one's mental state and opinions. This does not imply they do not care for the solution. Solution occupies only a part of the whole situation. Naturally they would like to be empathized with, when they are going through this turmoil which is for them inevitable.

You can argue whether which is the ideal thing to do. Should women learn to leave things at finding the solution? Should men learn to listen to women's introspection? I would say both. I am not being diplomatic, when I say this. Truth is you can save a lot of energy in dealing a problem the Mars way. But also, listening to women helps you understand that you need not always be solution oriented. There are problems that can never be solved, they need to be only pounded upon, so that you can find peace. That's the way universe works. Think about it, may be that is the reason female suicide rates are low, lower risk of heart diseases and higher life expectancy. Women could teach through their experience that its not action that always matters but also thought.
